We have an excellent customer service team who will be happy to answer all of your questions before booking in. No email or question is left unanswered and you will always receive a reply.

We can carry out a full pre-treatment inspection free of charge on a date and time to suit you. We will do this inspection with you present and show you underneath the vehicle and point out any areas of concern. It is our aim to be absolutely transparent to ensure that you are happy to go ahead with treatment. This will be done by our rust proofing specialist so you will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you would like.


Vehicle Protection

On the day of arrival, your vehicle is subjected to a check in inspection to confirm it’s condition and it is then fitted with a seat cover, steering wheel cover, gear knob cover and a floor mat to ensure that it is fully protected whilst in our care. We have a range of courtesy cars available which you can use for the duration of the treatment free of charge.

Your vehicle will be fully masked up and protected during treatment, no bodywork is left exposed. All brakes/hubs, exhausts, suspension springs and tow bars are masked and protected to ensure that the vehicle is not covered with over spray. We take great care to ensure the vehicle is fully inspected at the end of treatment.


Extra Services

If your vehicle is a Land Rover, our partner Broad Lane Land Rovers is an independent Land Rover specialist and we can carry out all repairs, servicing and MOT’s as well as accessories and upgrades whilst it is with us.

We have on site welding facilities in case your vehicle needs a repair before treatment. If a repair is needed, we will image it thoroughly and send it to you with an itemised estimate. You are not obligated to go ahead with the repair and the only charge you will need to pay is for the steam clean. We will not under seal a vehicle if it requires welding.


Full transparency

We image the vehicle from the moment it is up on the ramp to the final courtesy clean that we carry out. All of these images are uploaded to our customer portal and you are sent a link where you can view and download them whilst the work is carried out for free. The images can then be passed along to a new owner.

We are subject to unannounced inspections by Dinitrol to ensure we are following the correct processes, we always use official Dinitrol products and we abide by the quality assurance processes laid out by Dinitrol. This is to give you peace of mind that you are choosing a professional outfit to carry out your treatment.


Professional Aftercare

You will be provided with an Official Dinitrol Treatment Certificate which certifies the treatment we have carried out. This increases the resale value of your vehicle. This is also held digitally so should you lose the certificate, it can be reissued to you at any point.

We provide a free annual inspection after treatment as well as a free touch up of any damaged areas.
